Rendezvous
Shiny Head
Afiq being "gunned" by my flash at very very close distance. Fisheye lense.
Birthday Girl.
Ala sian Nik, aku terpegi buat flash tu naik atas. So nampak ceiling je putih...huhu. Noob attempt at boucing flash. Plus, the fisheye didn't help.
Captain of the Sea
Ija and Izzati. Tengah teropong apa tu? Orange filter. Normal shutter speed.
Seriousness
Bounced flash from a distance. Very grainy.
Merry Dinner
Easily my favourite snapshot of the roll. Captured the feelings on the table. Smiles and food are aplenty. And to top it off is a glass of latte (courtesy of Abu). Very candid.
Untitled #1
Long exposure, with flash in the beginning. Fisheye also. Haiya...
Eat Up! Drink Up!
The Lowdown
Oh my! I have mixed feelings about this roll.
First off, our birthday girl photo didn't turn out well, despite her effort to pose on every shot. Sorry la Nik. It was my fault. S
Secondly, fisheye proved to be not-worthy when it comes to night indoor photography, thus explaining the first reason.
Thirdly, I wish I had experimented more on the different filter colors, and less on fisheye and long exposures. Orange filters are awesome to give that sepia look. I'll try on more colors next time.
Then, there's the multiple Exposure. There's only 1 multi-x shot, and it's the best shot i have to say. Captures the very essence of the table. Need
Finally, the bouncing flash. Really really dumb at it. Not getting good results. Like the picture I took of nik, only the top of her head is illuminated. Takpe la, nampak macam sent from above je kan?
Things I would have changed the next time I use this film:
1. Ban fisheye lense from all night photography
2. Ban long exposure for potraits.
3. Experiment on the different filter colours.
4. More multiple exposure on low light level.
5. Try not to bounce flash so much.
6. Don't try to take pictures of distant objects
